Target Audience: Civil Engineers and Designers
This course introduces designers to using Plan Production tools for site development projects. This hands-on training walks users through several tools and includes: label alignments and profiles; creation and label road cross sections; and create finished plan, profile, and cross section sheets.
This class applies to both PowerCivil and GEOPAK, and uses imperial units |
| Learning Objectives: |
After this course students will be able to:
draw an alignment using the Plan View Labeler
annotate proposed and existing road profiles
create MicroStation models for drawing
draw proposed contours
create plan, profile and cross section sheets
reference drawing information in specific DGN models
create a stake out sheet and place COGO and coordinate information on it
compute Drainage Quantities in Plan
draw Custom Report Tables and Spreadsheets.
